Skin cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world. The most prominent cause is UV radiation from sunlight. Skin cancer is classified as either non-melanoma or melanoma. Lip cancer is the most common form of oral cancer, and is seen mostly in men. The highest risk factors include tobacco use, heavy alcohol use, and the Human papillomavirus (HPV). Lip cancer is classified as either squamous cell or basal cell.
